Access and training credit
Assigned FTOs, captains, recruiters, administrators and Corporals or higher can record recruit training. A leader can suspend FTO access. Only the site owner appoints captains and recruiters. Completed hired recruits count once toward the original recruiter’s training credit. Practice records never create official arrest charges.
The trainer’s session guide
About 30–40 minutes; split sessions when needed. Teach → demonstrate → recruit performs → review. Get the recruit into the website first.

Become a confident FTO
Learn the six lessons, complete the knowledge check, then request an observed teach-back. A captain or recruiter watches you teach, demonstrate, assess and correct a recruit before approving you. Reading alone does not grant FTO access.
FTO team & assessments
Captains and recruiters can appoint trainers, suspend training access, and review teach-backs. Only the site owner appoints or removes captains and recruiters. These positions do not grant administrator or DOJ access.

Promotion review
Paste Discord Logs
Copy one arrest log from your Discord channel. Review and correct the fields before saving. The record appears in Logs Database and both player profiles. Pasting does not save anything.
Review before saving
Check names and IDs carefully. Profiles use names to match records. Exact repeated imports are skipped. A Discord message link identifies the original message; identical logs without a link or date may be treated as duplicates.
Account approvals

Name a role, pick its color and choose what access it gives. Only the site owner can grant FTO, DOJ or administrator access.
Arrests are saved database records matched to an approved trooper’s verified in-game ID; there is no separate arrest approval status. Recruitments count once per recruit when marked Passed and Hired, using the recruitment record’s date. Demo accounts are excluded. Ties share a place and award.

Keep an existing profile and combine this duplicate’s strikes, arrests, raids and notes with it. Only confirm when both profiles belong to the same person. You can undo this using Unlink under Linked names.

Link a callsign or former name only after confirming it belongs to this person. Unlinking keeps all original records and notes.
